Ed Haselden, Chief Executive Officer
Ed focuses on managing current and potential owner relationships, setting the company’s strategic direction, monitoring the company’s performance in its core competencies, and exploring alternative delivery systems and new services the company can provide. A registered Professional Engineer, Ed serves on a variety of local Boards and is involved in a number of charitable causes.

Mike Haselden, Chief Operating Officer
Mike is responsible for managing all day to day operating activities of the company, champions the company’s customer satisfaction process, and manages the company’s most important asset - its people. He has been involved in the management and supervision of well over a billion dollars in construction projects during his 25-year career.




 

Byron Haselden, President Haselden Construction
Byron serves as president and leads the company's Colorado division. Byron is overseeing all Haselden strategies and applying more than two decades of construction management experience to his leadership role. He began as a laborer and has held positions in virtually every aspect construction management, including vice-president of Haselden's preconstruction department. Byron achieved top honors in the Denver Business Journal's "Power Book," which recognizes top business leaders for their accomplishments. 

David Lueders, Chief Financial Officer
David directs the finance, accounting, information technology activities of the company.  He is also responsible for all owner contract review, negotiations and execution. David is experienced in strategic planning, financial reporting, accounting, corporate finance, bonding and cash management.




 

Jerry Shiley,Vice President
Jerry oversees all marketing, sales and communication functions of the company. He is responsible for ensuring company sales by coordinating activities between our prospective clients and the various departments within the company. Jerry has over 25 years of sales and leadership experience and has been awarded multiple top sales honors throughout his career.





 

Brad Marsh, Vice President
Brad Marsh, SPHR, brings over 15 years of functional HR leadership experience to Haselden Construction.  Brad and his HR team provide support for organizational development, talent management, guidance to managers and employees, employee relations, legal compliance, recruitment, employee benefits and wellness, training and development, and day to day HR transactions.

Greg Conger, Vice President
Greg is charged with ensuring that Haselden delivers superior preconstruction services to our clients.  He has over 25 years of experience including projects in the healthcare, hospitality, education and municipal and institutional project sectors.






 

J.J. Rams, President Wyoming Division and Healthcare Division Manager
J.J. is responsible for the overall management, procurement and operations of the division. J.J.’s experience includes construction of major public and private projects over a 20-year construction career.

Philip LaSarre, Division Manager, Education and Wyoming
Phil is responsible for the overall management, procurement and operations of both divisions. Phil’s experience includes extensive K-12, Higher Education and Charter School construction throughout his 16-year construction career.
