Denver Fire Department Station No. 24
Completed in September of 2009, the City and County of Denver's entire project comprised a series of distinct restoration projects. These included restoration of the brick facade, windows and doors, as well as installation of a new cooling system for the officer’s quarters and kitchen. The first phase involved renovation of the exterior masonry, including tuck pointing and brick replacement. In the second phase, the steel windows were carefully taken apart, rebuilt and restored in place in order to retain the original glass. The third phase of the project was the restoration of the bay doors. The fire station remained fully functioning while work was performed, and Haselden coordinated closely with the Denver Fire Department to ensure that the vital activities of the fire station were not impeded in any way.
Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion Radiology Room
Completed in January of 2010, University of Colorado Hospital's Radiology Room at the Anschutz Medical Campus added a complete electrical, mechanical and room finish construction to allow installation of new Swissray diagnostic radiology equipment by others.
Leprino Medical Office 4th Floor Build-Out
The tenant interiors for the 4th floor shell of the Leprino Office Building were completed in January of 2010. This included the paint, drywall, electrical, cabinet and door installation.
IMA Tenant Finish
The Insurance Management Associates Tenant Finish improvements on two floors of a seven-story building for office space, restrooms, and showers were completed in May of 2007.
Cherry Creek Transfer Station Office Building
