Located at the base of Steamboat ski mountain, One Steamboat Place is a luxury condominium and mixed-use building. The newest of Timbers Collection resorts, the resort will include restaurants, boutiques, market, private member's lounge, sporting club, fitness center and state-of-the-art spa. The project includes two levels of parking and private residences each with their own dramatic view and luxurious finishes.Haselden completed a mock-up model of the residential units in the middle of the construction schedule to enable the owner to showcase living spaces to prospective purchasers, as well as provide a model for quality assurance.

The project includes multiple sustainable design features; the materials used throughout the residences are ecologically friendly and environmentally sensitive. These include low volatile organic compound (VOC) paints, recycled steel, energy efficient HVAC systems, xeriscaping and the use of native plant materials, and maximizing the use of local materials. One Steamboat Place will also use 100% wind powered energy.
