MorningStar at Old Town is a 208,000 SF senior living community in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. Self-developed and self-built by Haselden, this fifth collaboration with MorningStar Senior Living brings high-quality, market-rate residences to an active Old Town corridor.
The project includes a four-story, 188,000 SF building with 160 living units, a parking garage across the alley, and 20,000 SF of retail—plus standout amenities like a fitness center with pool and physical therapy, two courtyards (bocce ball, grills, fire pit), multiple dining areas serving independent, assisted, and memory care residents, and a rooftop deck.
