The Stockman, located at 1965 Ski Time Square Drive, is a premier luxury ski-in/ski-out resort development at the base of Steamboat Resort. Designed by OZ Architecture, the nine-story multi-use development features 95 private luxury residences, 59 high-end hotel rooms managed by Auberge Collection, and an underground parking structure containing approximately 259 spaces. Project amenities include over 10,000 square feet of dedicated spa and wellness space, a heated outdoor pool, four culinary dining venues, a 6,133-square-foot event facility, ski valet services, and slopeside après-ski accommodations.
