Early Inspections:
Ideally, we begin our working relationship as your building is completed. Unfortunately, roofs can sustain damage even when brand new. We’ll complete yearly inspections of your roof and build a comprehensive living log of photos, observations, and any maintenance completed. These check-ups serve three important functions. First, they allow us to assess the condition of the roof and, if needed, recommend small repairs that will prolong the life of your roof and prevent costly maintenance later. For the first several years, it’s likely your roof will only need minimal upkeep.
As Needed Maintenance:
Based on the inspections, we can determine when the roof will need to be replaced, helping our clients to budget for the cost before it becomes an emergency. It is easier to plan for a multi-million-dollar roof replacement five years out rather than finding out it needs to be replaced immediately. In the event your roof needs immediate attention, we have service teams available 24/7 to repair and mitigate any damage.
Insurance Preparedness:
At every inspection, we’ll add observations and photos to the living log of your roof. The running log that we create at every visit helps our clients in the event of an insurance claim. The photos taken every six months can help to prove damage from a weather event or other damage to your roof, ensuring you receive the correct claim amount.
When your roof eventually needs a replacement, our team can be your single point of contact, streamlining your project. We are licensed to serve as the designer of record for roof replacements, which reduces the overall timeline and maximizes your budget.
