Haselden Construction Named a Denver Post Top Workplace for 11th Consecutive Year

CENTENNIAL, CO — May 13, 2026 — Haselden Construction is proud to announce we have been ranked the #9 Midsize Company in the 2026 Denver Post Top Workplaces awards. This achievement marks our 11th consecutive year on the prestigious list, officially securing our place among the top ten most highly-rated employers in Colorado.

As we continue to scale our operations across the Rocky Mountain region, we have remained focused on the idea that culture and our people are the structural foundation for business growth. In an industry defined by rapid change and economic shifts, Haselden Construction’s 11-year streak reflects a deliberate commitment to evolving alongside its workforce.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace for more than a decade is not about maintaining the status quo; it is a reflection of our continued commitment to growing people and growing our business,” said Byron Haselden, CEO. “The construction industry and the needs of our workforce have changed significantly since our first Top Workplaces recognition. Our goal is to ensure Haselden Construction continues to provide an environment where team members feel supported, challenged, and empowered to become a better version of themselves.”

Haselden Construction’s unique workforce reflects this balance of legacy and expansion. While our organization has welcomed more than 100 new team members in the last year, that growth is anchored by a veteran core, including over 50 employees who have been with the company for more than 15 years.

“This award is meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of our team members,” added Amanda Sparks Alvares, VP of Human Resources. “It also reminds us of our responsibility to continue listening, improving, and evolving so Haselden Construction remains a place where people can do their best work and build meaningful careers.”

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s recognition is backed by significant internal engagement, with 91% of Haselden Construction’s team members participating in the survey to provide a Workplace Experience Score of 88%. These results serve as both a benchmark for the organization’s progress and a guide for its continued evolution.
