Reflecting on Success and Looking Ahead

Each year, our State of the Company Address serves as a time to celebrate our achievements, recognize our outstanding team members, and set the vision for the year ahead. This year was no exception, as we came together to reflect on 2024’s successes and reinforce our commitment to growth in 2025.

Celebrating Our People

At Haselden, our people are the foundation of our success, and we take great pride in recognizing those who go above and beyond. During this year’s event, we honored several team members for their dedication to our values, safety, and mentorship:

• Values Award: David Franco – This award is given out to an individual who embodies our core values of relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, sense of belonging, profitability, and achievement/legacy. David’s leadership and mentorship and 20 plus year tenure continues to shape Haselden’s culture.
• Core Behaviors Award: Gregorio Avila Ramirez – This award recipient is selected from our quarterly MVPs. Gregorio exemplifies our core behaviors of action, passion, adaptability, humility, bravery, and vulnerability, consistently uplifting those around him.
• Haselden Excellence in Safety Award (HEISA): Vail Precourt Healing Center Team – This is an award that given to a specific project that has exceeded our expectations and displayed a culture of safety excellence throughout the duration of the project. 
• Haselden Environmental Stewardship Award (HESA): AURA and Cirque Residences Team – This award goes out to a project that was a steward of the environment and averaged the highest Environmental Excellence Inspection scores throughout the duration of the project. 
• Purpose Award: DPS Denver School of the Arts – The purpose award is given to a project team who exemplifies our culture of service through empowering our people to be the best version of themselves to fulfill their customers’ expectations.
