Haselden renovated approximately 40,000 SF of Arapahoe Community College’s Annex Building in Littleton to integrate ACC’s Health Programs. The work delivered a state-of-the-art simulation suite for hands-on training, addressed ADA accessibility, and added fire suppression throughout the facility. The team also completed ceiling work in the fitness center within the same building.
Construction followed a complex six-stage phasing plan developed with ACC staff to align with the academic calendar. Fast-tracked work during breaks and flexible/off-campus learning minimized disruption, keeping campus operations and the student experience on track while the upgrades were completed.
