Buena Vista’s new Middle and High Schools were completed in two phases through the school year on an occupied campus. All work was proactively planned and communicated to ensure minimal disruption to classes in session.

Haselden completed this 134,000 SF school project in two phases. The scope included a new academic wing, renovation of the current high school gym, as well as demolition and new construction of the existing facilities. Additional site work provided new drives and parking areas. The first phase included a new 2-story academic wing, library, new administrative spaces, shared flex commons, new technology room, art, music, consumer studies area, and media enter/connector area. The second phase included demolition and construction of a new middle school gym, cafeteria, auditorium, and art rooms. Additional scope included renovations to the existing high school gym.
