The project consisted of the new 16,000 SF Ascent Center, the new 32,000 SF fitness and recreation center, and renovation of the existing student commons.

The Ascent Center is a welcoming center at the entry to the campus that provides space for admissions and all student services, as well as a bookstore and coffee shop, and three classrooms that can be combined into one large space that holds 100 people. The building features high ceilings with exposed glulam beams, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace.

The new fitness and recreation center has an event capacity of nearly 1,000 which can be used for graduation ceremonies. The facility also includes exercise classrooms, showers, and lockers. In addition, the facility features a double-court gym, dance studio, weight room, indoor track, and climbing and bouldering wall.

The existing student commons underwent a major renovation to improve the facility. The project consisted of improved food services and dinning areas, student club spaces, and classroom and lab for the law enforcement training academy.
