Haselden renovated the mechanical and electrical systems for Denver Public Schools’ Place Bridge Academy in partnership with The Ballard Group. The scope replaced approximately 28 electrical panels and 8 step-down transformers, renewed 4 mechanical units, upgraded exterior lighting, and installed new switchgear with associated wiring. We also replaced the school’s air-handling units and roof-mounted condensing units, and refurbished the existing cooling tower.

Work was executed during the summer break to avoid disrupting classes, with careful phasing and coordination to finish before students and staff returned in the fall. The result improved reliability, efficiency, and safety across the campus’s critical building systems.
