The Electric Pass Lodge project includes Building 11, the Base Village pool facility, and a re-aligned fire lane between the existing pedestrian bridge and Wood Road. Building 11 is approximately 101,091 gross square feet, and includes fifty-one market rate condominium units in six above grade levels, two for-sale deed restricted employee housing units on Lower Level Two and Level 1, an owner lounge, a ski locker facility and owner storage, and one level of 15,256 SF sub-grade parking containing 37 spaces.

This was a unique project with a good client and the team had it running smoothly from start to finish. The building has several innovative features that we had to work through design and implementation of, such as the geo-thermal earth tube air system, high efficiency systems, and all-electric utilities. This project is pending LEED Gold Certification.
