Located in Denver’s Optiv Building, this tenant improvement project brings together two FirstBank branches into a single, centralized location designed to better serve both employees and customers. Through thoughtful renovations across two floors, the project creates a welcoming banking environment paired with modern, flexible workspace solutions for FirstBank’s growing team. The 3,200-square-foot renovation on the first floor transforms the customer-facing banking experience. A spacious entry and lobby establish a welcoming first impression, while a series of private offices provide comfortable, functional spaces for client meetings and financial services. The design prioritizes clarity and flow, ensuring that visitors can easily navigate the space while maintaining the privacy and professionalism expected in a banking environment.

Improvements also extend to the building’s twentieth floor, where 9,289 square feet were reimagined to support FirstBank’s employees. The renovated workspace includes private offices, conference rooms, break areas, restrooms, and flexible open workstations that accommodate a variety of work styles. Throughout the project, Haselden Construction emphasized durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. By prioritizing energy and maintenance efficiency during construction, the team delivered a modern workplace that supports FirstBank’s operational needs while creating a comfortable and functional environment for both staff and customers.
