This new, two-story facility allows Larimer County departments to appropriately staff and provide services to its citizens living close to the City of Loveland.
The departments housed in the new building include the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Veterans Administration, Department of Motor Vehicles, County Clerk, Larimer County Workforce Center, and Larimer County Department of Health and Environment. Built on 8.8 acres, the site offers both ample parking and room for expansion.

The design of the building honors the history of the area. Historic photos adorn the interior and a bronze of Mariano Medina is featured at the entrance. The winding walkways that lead to the front door are meant to represent the Big Thompson and Poudre Rivers.

Funding this project was an exercise in cooperation. Larimer County was successful in obtaining two Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) grants. These grants, along with funds the county saved from a previous voter-approved sales tax, funded the project. No debt was incurred to build the new facility.
