Haselden partnered with MorningStar Senior Living to develop, design, and construct Denver-area projects.

While MorningStar works through the underwriting and operating budgets, Haselden takes on the day-to-day role of development manager and provides the majority of the equity for each project.

MorningStar at Jordan feels more like a resort hotel than a senior living community. The three-level structure houses 55 assisted living suites (studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom) and 29 secure suites (studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom) dedicated to individualized care for residents with mild to advanced stages of memory impairment.

In addition to the private living spaces, MorningStar at Jordan offers many amenities to its residents. Three meals are prepared daily by a Certified Executive Chef and served in one of the two dining rooms with restaurant-style service or in the private dining room. On facility grounds you can also find a bistro, chapel, theater (including Wii), library with multiple computers, community living rooms, laundry facilities, game room, general store, salon, fitness and wellness center, massage therapy room, fireside patio, all season porches, and resident gardening beds.
