The 255 Fillmore project provides office and retail mixed-use space within a seven story building located in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. Consisting of approximately 135,000 SF, the building features iconic Class AA mixed-use of retail on first floor and office space on upper floors with two levels of below-grade parking. The total scope of work consisted of core and shell and interior common spaces of the building.
