The Vail Health Precourt Healing Center includes a new three-story 44,000 SF behavioral health inpatient hospital and associated site work. The center includes 28 inpatient beds for both adults and adolescents, staff and building support spaces, as well as full kitchen services to support the staff and patients. Site work included relocation of utilities, grading, site pad, and hardscape where appropriate. This project plays an important role in supporting Vail Health’s initiatives to provide a dedicated behavioral health-care campus that meets the needs of the community.
