Located in the heart of Downtown Denver’s LODO District, this mixed-use, multi-tenant office building includes 112,000 rentable square feet with two levels of underground parking. Three separate parcels had to be assembled and entitled prior to beginning construction.

The project features a Class A office environment, including stone and glass appointed lobby, nine-foot ceilings, elegant passenger elevators, and ultra efficient amenities. Design and construction follows LEED® requirements for green buildings, including energy conservation sufficient to achieve LEED. Windows provide an abundance of natural light, while distinctive exterior lighting adds grandeur and elegance to the heart of LODO.
