Rev360 Office & Parking Garage

Denver, Colorado

Plentiful parking, a cyber cafe, and rooftop deck are just a few of the outstanding amenities at this property.

Rev360 is the fourth and latest class A boutique office building Haselden has developed, this time adding Tributary Real Estate, Keystone Equity, and Avenue Property Group to the typical partnership with Dakotah Investments. Rev360 was one of the first office properties to be developed in Denver’s booming River North (RiNo) Art District. Groundbreaking took place closely on the heels of tens of millions of dollars of public improvements to the Brighton Boulevard corridor which runs through the heart of RiNo and connects I-70 to Downtown Denver.

Early in the project, the Team identified a significant shortage of parking in the neighborhood. Coupled with the environmental challenges associated with constructing underground parking, the development team opted to purchase an additional lot across the alley from the office building and build a five-story parking garage connected via a pedestrian bridge. This configuration allowed us to capitalize on parking needs for the surrounding community and build significantly more parking than the original underground configuration. Both the office building and the garage display significant works of art commissioned specifically for our project from a combination of young local artists and a nationally established muralist. The artwork is not only a signature for our project, but also helps it blend with the neighborhood while reinforcing our commitment to incorporating local art into our projects.
