Ed Haselden – Chairman of the Board
Ed Haselden is Board Chairman of Haselden Construction. Ed brings more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, is an established member of the community, and has served on numerous boards.
As Board Chairman, Ed is responsible for guiding the Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings, as well as holding Haselden’s Executive Leadership Team accountable for the execution of its corporate strategy, risk management, and capital management. He also serves in a coaching and mentoring role to the company’s CEO / president and senior officers.
Ed is also the Managing General Partner on all Haselden Development projects. His responsibilities include the strategic oversight, risk management, asset management, capital management, and asset disposition for new ground-up developments and acquired existing real estate. Ed started the development arm of Haselden in 1997. Since then he has been actively involved in the strategic leadership for real estate assets with an aggregate market value in excess of $1 billion.
Ed currently sits on the U.S. Bank Board of Advisors as well as being the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America National Director, Colorado State University System Foundation Board Chairman, and Colorado State University Beyond Campus Board Chairman. Ed founded a classic rock band approximately ten years ago and during the band’s tenure has raised over $5 million for local charities, playing between six and eight shows annually. He and his wife, Jenni, have been married for 39 years and have three adult children and four grandchildren. They split their time between Denver and Scottsdale.
