Haselden again partnered with Baron Properties as the development and operating team on a Phoenix boutique multi-family development. Located near Central Avenue in Downtown, The McKinley boasts easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The LEED Certified building incorporates the historic look of the area’s bungalow homes to create large, covered patios facing 3rd Avenue and first floor units with covered stoops directly out to the sidewalk.

The 108 units consist of studios, one- and two-bedroom units with generous closet space and oversized kitchens.
