Haselden teamed up with MorningStar for a second senior living property, MorningStar of Boulder. Located on the south end of Boulder, the property enjoys a neighborhood with high barriers to entry for competition and an affluent demographic.

MorningStar of Boulder is a 2-story, 94-unit assisted living and memory care home with outstanding views of the Flatirons, a fenced outdoor play area for young visitors, an ice cream parlor, a 24-hour bistro, salon, library, theater, and art and activity spaces.

MorningStar of Boulder is on the site of a prior Army facility, and redevelopment required some coordination with the Army, along with some environmental cleanup before development could begin.
