The Landings at Gateway delivers much‑needed housing near Denver International Airport with ten new buildings offering spacious two‑ and three‑bedroom units for rent. Spanning about 89,000 square feet, the project includes 39 three‑story townhomes designed with market‑rate finishes to create modern, comfortable living spaces.
Constructed as Type V wood frame, ground-up construction, the project features shallow foundations that support the structures. As the final phase of a larger master plan blending commercial and residential development, The Landings at Gateway helps ease the region’s growing housing demand and are available on the for-rent residential market.

Brent Haselden | President
Brent graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and later completed his MBA at the University of Denver. After beginning his career in Texas at Sundt Construction, he returned to Haselden, eventually becoming a Preconstruction Manager. In 2023, Brent officially launched Haselden Builders in partnership with Haselden Construction after an increased desire from their commercial clients to expand to the build-for-rent and multifamily markets. He has put in place over $500 million. His depth of knowledge of development, building systems, and production-based construction provides clients with confidence and clarity in their construction process.
Brad Rettig | Senior Business Developer
Brad brings more than 20 years of experience in Colorado’s construction and real estate industries, with a career focused on business development, client relationships, and strategic growth. Having served in business development leadership roles with several respected builders, he has developed extensive experience across the Metro Denver and mountain markets, working with private, municipal, and resort clients on both ground-up and interior projects. Today, Brad is focused on expanding Haselden Builders’ production construction portfolio, with an emphasis on multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and has continued his professional development through the AGC Executive Leadership Academy and the Colorado State University Construction Management Certificate Program.
